Distance Covered:

Options limited in a Northerly but got a surprising good session in, blasting up and down. Found the wind stronger near Wrabness where the river is wider, so ended up doing 2 mile reaches. Haven't done anything like that for a while and it was sweet. However, didn't realise how far the tide goes out and how shallow it gets and lost a fin :( and then it took us ages to get back to the cars through the 300 yards or so of very soft mud. Hard work, but classic comedy.
